Working in concert with your Board, your AKAM Management Executive is responsible for every aspect of your property's operation. These responsibilities include:

• Coordination with our Accounting Department and Financial Analysts for the preparation, mailing, and collection of monthly maintenance, common charge, and rent bills; payment of all vendor and contractor invoices; handling of employee payroll and taxes, and mortgage payments and payment of real estate taxes; and preparation and monthly review of Annual Budgets;
• Staff supervision, including training, handling Union issues, and ongoing employee performance reviews;
• Attending all Board, Annual, Informational, and other appropriate meetings prepared with up-to-the-minute Income and Expense Statements and Management Reports;
• Productive professional interaction with the Board and all other professionals serving your property; and
• Courteous and effective response to all shareholder/owner/resident communications.

AKAM further supports your Management Executive and Financial Analyst with immediate access to other AKAM in-house affiliated professionals who provide such services as Mortgage and Refinance services, Major Capital Improvements Management, and Sales and Brokerage services.
