Coordination with our Accounting Department and Financial Analysts for the preparation, mailing, and collection of monthly common charges/maintenance; payment of all vendor and contractor invoices; handling of employee payroll and taxes; and preparation and monthly review of Annual Budgets;
Staff supervision, including training and ongoing employee performance reviews;
Attending all Board, Annual, Informational, and other appropriate meetings prepared with up-to-the-minute Income and Expense Statements and Management Reports;
Productive professional interaction with the Board and all other professionals serving your property; and
Courteous and effective response to all owner/shareholder/resident communications.

AKAM further supports your Management Executive and Financial Analyst with immediate access to other AKAM in-house affiliated professionals who provide such services as Mortgage and Refinance services, Construction and Major Capital Improvements Management, and Sales and Brokerage services.
