Michael Rogoff,

Michael Rogoff is the President of AKAM Living Services and all its subsidiaries. He joined the company in 2006 as a management executive and has developed an extensive background in property management over the years. He has held previous roles including Senior Management Executive, Director of Finance, Vice President, and most recently Senior Vice President where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of AKAM’s energy, project management, commercial and investment management entities.

Michael received AKAM's Executive of the Year award in 2011 and was a recipient of the Building Managers Association's Management Company of the Year award in 2013. Smart CEO recognized Michael in 2015 as a top corporate Executive in New York and in 2018 Real Estate Weekly named him a rising star in New York real estate.

Michael is a member of REBNY and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New York. He has served on his 269-unit condominium in the capacity of Board Treasurer. He is also a supporter of the Upper West Side Little League non-profit organization.

Michael holds a degree in Economics from Muhlenberg College and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the City University of New York.


David Cohen,
Executive Vice President

David Cohen is the Executive Vice President of AKAM On-Site overseeing all day-to-day operations, with a focus on business development and ensuring internal operations are of a uniformly superior quality. Working with various AKAM departments, including Management, Finance, Accounting and Payroll, David analyzes and ensures that all processes and procedures meet stringent guidelines for efficiency and client service delivery.

He has earned various recognitions and is known throughout the South Florida management industry as an expert in financial and structural property issues, and regulatory compliance.


Andy Leight,
Senior Vice President of Operations

Andy Leight serves as the Senior Vice president of Operations for AKAM Associates, overseeing comprehensive, full-building audits to determine useful life, sustainability, compliance and other conditions ensuring that all client properties are compliant with the regulations and requirements of the local, state, and federal agencies that govern them. Andy and his team also provide additional support for Management Executives in major capital improvements, repairs, and emergency response actions.

Andy has over 25 years of experience, and joined AKAM in 2006, as a management executive. He was promoted several times prior to be being named Senior Vice President in 2019. He is regarded throughout the New York management industry as the authoritative expert in structural, mechanical, and cosmetic building systems and regulatory compliance.

Andy holds a bachelor's degree from Ramapo College.


Adam Stern,
Senior Vice President of Management

Adam Stern serves as the Senior Vice President of Management for AKAM Associates, overseeing all management activities and client relations. Adam utilizes his vast knowledge of building systems, New York City codes and filing requirements to guide his team to optimal results for all AKAM client properties.

Adam has over 15 years of experience within the New York property management field and has been with AKAM since 2015. Adam was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2019, after serving as Vice President, Managing Director, and Management Executive.

Adam holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts.


Mark Weil,
Vice President

As a member of AKAM's executive echelon, Mark Weil supervises the activities of AKAM's corps of on-site Management Executives, ensuring their delivery of superior on-site management services. A residential management expert, Marks' professional credentials include extensive expertise in the areas of on- and off-site property operations and management, structural renovation, restoration and redesign, mortgage refinancing, contract negotiation, staff supervision and labor disputes, landlord/tenant issues, and communication with Boards and residents. Mark has been responsible for the management of two of New York City's top ten residential buildings.

Mark joined AKAM in 1996 and is the recipient of Habitat magazine's Management Achievement Award.


Meagan Mooney,
Vice President of Finance

As a Vice President of Finance, Meagan Mooney is responsible for overseeing AKAM's financial operations for all our clients. Meagan ensures that all financial documents are compliant with best accounting practices and supervises the creation and management of all budgets, tax escrow accounts, financial accounts, and cash flow accounts for all our client buildings.

Meagan is financial management professional with over 30 years of experience with large scale residential buildings and holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Providence College. In her free time, Meagan enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering in the community, and horseback riding.


Richard Dephillis,
Vice President of Finance

Richard DePhillis, CPA, serves as a Vice President of Finance, and is responsible for ensuring the superior delivery of service from the AKAM Finance and Accounting Department. A seasoned public accountant with extensive experience in the residential real estate industry, Richard supervises the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and investment status for all our client buildings. A member of the AKAM Executive Echelon, Richard and his staff of Accountants, Financial Analysts, and Bank Reconciliation Specialists work directly with building Treasurers and outside corporate auditors and accountants, regularly reviewing all AKAM client building finances and assuring that properties are operating within their budgetary parameters.

Richard holds a master's degree from Fordham University and is a proud veteran.


Doug Weinstein,
Vice President

Doug Weinstein has dedicated his entire professional career to the real estate services sector. Mr. Weinstein's credentials include more than three decades of experience in all areas of residential, commercial, and industrial property management as well as extensive expertise in project management including structural, mechanical, and aesthetic renovation, restoration, and redesign; building greening; disaster recovery; project logistics; contract negotiation; project finances; contractor, laborer, and building staff supervision; all aspects of project compliance and documentation; and project phasing and communication.

Mr. Weinstein holds a BFA from NYU and later returned as an Adjunct Professor in the University's Real Estate Institute.
